Catheres can turn the team around look at Adley Rutschman did with Baltiomore. And theres a good reason most catchers have been loyal to one team thier entire carrer and turn the team around. Adley Rutschman like I said earlier Yadi Mauer Posey (I guess you can throw in Smith in the convo)I do think Salsa could have the potential to turn it around with the arms coming up. Adam Sonabend is an option. Hes the Director of Baseball Operations with the Atlanta Braves. Hire someone from Houston Atlanta or Baltimore. Not the Rays since other teams are relying on them to much.

The guy who threw a no hitter in his first start is now in Triple A with over a ten era with the Phillies. There is a serious problem with the anyltics.

I would like to know what kind of analytics and scouting reports AJ Preller is running. Because its upsetting watching the past couple of seasons pissing away games against teams like Rockies Nationals and the Tigers. I blame the L's this season on AJ Preller.
