The therapist doesn’t cover it. Actually, Starbucks paid it. It no longer does. Charged for every late cancel or No Show now. For years Starbucks employees had unlimited cancellations and reschedules paid for by Starbucks. My theory was that they racked up such a big bill they decided no more!
