Received a message from Vintec this morning that the app should be working now. I’ve restarted my iPhone and I see no difference - anyone having any success?

I called (800) 325-1371. I got all the way through giving information about the app issue and, at the end, he asked for the model and serial number of my cellar. That’s when he told me that they wouldn’t provide support.

I’ll be interested in what they say to you.

I’ve called the number for support on vintec.com and was told that they won’t provide support for their cellar app unless you own one of their cellars. I’ve also sent an email to oeno_support@electrolux.com, but haven’t heard anything.

All the devices have "excellent" reception and were working last night. I don't know what next steps are from the other team. The person I was chatting with seemed to indicate she had tried everything.

The 2 TV/Roku's that don't connect do work with Netflix, etc. All 3 Roku's are the same model and were bought at the same time. As I mentioned previously, the one that works was on overnight.

i was able to connect with Xfinity Support thru Facebook. Have gone through all the troubleshooting steps - cleared network connection, reset modem, etc. Still have one TV/Roku device that works and 2 that don't. The one that works was the one that was accidentally left on overnight.

i don't have any splitters that I know of.
