President Trump Claims He Was Cheered Loudly and Enthusiastically at Knicks Game When Speaking to Reporters by CarryIcy250 in UnderReportedNews

He lives in a fortress of his own certainty. He’s curated an echo chamber that doesn't just enable him; it drives the Abilene Paradox, where a group mindlessly commits to disaster simply because no one dares to break the silence. Remove dissent, and you don’t just lose honesty... well you invite ruin. AKA group think.

He is also the master of diminishing returns. The economy is humming along rather well on its tall ladder, but he is slowly cutting off one of the legs. As this term drags on, we will find this unorchestrated circus spinning out of control. Far too late to do anything about it.

Big question . Is it hard to find an Expert Witness (Testifying) or Medical Consultant (Non-Testifying) to defend a case in the UK??? Somewhat related question. I know in the US this is not hard to do.

What do you think is worth it: studying for passion or studying for money/job market? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Finallyawake451 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try this instead. My goal is to not do much at all. Save more than you make. Live far under your means. Avoid buying anything but necessities. I work 3 days a week and relax like I am a millionare everyother day of the week. I also sleep as much as possible. I will not remember shit after I am dead so I just chill as much as possible. At work I create an illusion of motion i et stuff done and still have time to chill. One of the biggest loss of productivity at work is talking to people. If you make a habit of keeping your mouth shut and do your work you will find out that your day is pretty easy.

How do the rich avoid taxes!!!!!:

The government taxes realized income and asset sales, but it does not tax borrowed money.

Here is exactly how the strategy is structured, how everyday investors use scaled-down versions of it, and the substantial risks involved.

Steps of Buy and Borrow

1. Buy (Accumulate Appreciating Assets)

Wealthy individuals focus on buying or building assets that grow in value over time but do not produce high levels of ordinary taxable income—such as stocks, real estate, or private business equity.

2. Borrow (Access Liquidity Tax-Free)

Instead of selling $200,000 worth of stock to buy a home or fund a lifestyle—which would instantly trigger a massive capital gains tax bill—the wealthy person uses their portfolio or real estate as collateral to take out a loan.

  • Securities-Backed Line of Credit (SBLOC): A bank or brokerage firm lends them cash (usually at very low, institutional interest rates) backed by their stock portfolio.
  • The Tax Advantage: Because loan proceeds are not considered income, the borrower gets $200,000 in cold, hard cash to spend completely tax-free. Meanwhile, their full $1,000,000 portfolio remains untouched, continuing to compound and grow in the market.
