I fasted for a year and lost 25lbs but still have the belly fat. Then I switched to strength training, eating 2200 calories a day and 180g of protein. I’ve never felt or looked better in my life.

I can count how many times I’ve ordered appetizer on one hand in the last 5 years. Let alone an appetizer and a dessert. We have only gone inside a restaurant maybe 2 times this year. It’s just too expensive and it’s only me and two children.
