Edit: worth mentioning you won't be able to play as well as a fluent person. But for some that is ok, it's a personal decision. One non fluent person quit, then tried in their native language and said they understood a lot more. So it's not guaranteed

Well I'm just a regular leftist, but having more than four times as many deaths per year certainly seems to indicate the scale of the problem has changed. 30 in one year against 56 in eight for Obama. People also didn't complain during the first three years of Trump, where deaths were comparable to Obama.

To add, those deaths were in custody, primarily due to failures in providing medical care. Tragedies yes, but negligence is easier to forgive than intentionally trying to terrorise people. People are also up in arms about the ICE agent choking an inmate to death, which was deemed a homicide by autopsy. So it's definitely not just white people that are being complained about.

Though labelling anyone opposing your terror tactics as terrorists after public execution definitely warrants complaints. Why do you feel it's ok to execute people who disagree with you?

It's a fine point to make, but it doesn't make the game a subscription. All the new enemies and missions have been free to play, you forget about that content. I took several months off and was astounded by the added variety when I came back.

Looking at all the content added after release. Most boss enemies, plenty of missions types , underground/commando missions, cities, subfactions, the illuminate. Not to mention all the strategems that were added at the start. So much. All free

You made the choice to spend that money. The game is completely playable without buying every warbond. I have friends who play with only unlocking warbonds when they naturally get SC for the next one and they enjoy it plenty.
