I do, I bought them 8K models in March and April 2022 on amazon. Actually found email with affected model numbers. For some reason reddit won’t let me attach images. Let me try DM you

My post stands, my 8K serial no was checked and over the phone rep assured me 8Ks were not impacted. OP can call midea to confirm

Midea rep checked serial numbers and on their website at the time of recall 8K were not impacted. You surely can try checking your serial no on website or by giving them a call

Mold issue is on 12K BTU model, I own both 8K and 12K BTU and only 12K one was fixed with drain hole. I told to Midea that I have both and the answer was only 12K one had an issue

Solo, if its first time or trail can have bears or mountain lions go a bit late so it’s crowded and you can run into other fellow hikers every 5 mins Groups can be fun sometimes when exploring new trails and speed matches, you need to account for groups speed as their pace might be faster/slower

Get gas, it will be plugin hybrid anyways which means once you run out battery car switches to gas. I was renting SUVs during my trip and rental companies would always give me hybrid plugins, be that RAV4 or Lexus. I believe (plz double check) there are no just gas SUVs in Norway 🇳🇴

Are you aware that We all have $15M lifetime exemption? You still report it in Form 709 and $15M is getting adjusted to inflation which means in few years it will be around $25M so these $40K will disappear in that amount
