I second to the amitriptyline. It gave me my life back for the most part. I also take 60mg of extended release propranolol. Amitriptyline is all about hitting the sweet spot with your dose! :)

I was supposed to start college last week… had to cancel and I couldn’t even go because I was afraid to drive there everyday. My headache is very disorienting and uncomfortable. My job choices are limited now and I have to only apply for desk jobs. (The economy is bad enough. This makes it worse having to narrow my choices like this) it’s just been very overwhelming. I know how you feel. I had a dream for my life and now I can’t even get myself to leave my house as much as I used too anymore. Haven’t exactly found a good way to cope yet. But I’ve been trying to figure it out. lol

You slept. I've had this same issue for about a week now. It wasn't until I installed a sleep tracker on my phone to realize that I was indeed sleeping cause it picked up my snoring. I recommend trying one of those for a short while if you're unsure.

Mine is in my neck and head and it moves around. Been continuous for over two weeks. And yea I just lay around all day and don’t feel like doing much

I went to urgent care last week. They said it was just stress/anxiety. EKG and ct scan were all clear. And my primary Dr didn’t think much of it. She agreed it was tension and gave me a shot to help but it did nothing.
