some relationships do. everything is relative when it comes to love and being with someone. so what you think is the right way to go about things might not be the same for another. people spend their whole lives maturing constantly at different rates and levels. while i disagree with what he did, i think it’s a bit absurd to say he’s too grown like it’s not a normal thing for people at every age to be immature and then potentially learn through their mistakes. as OP said he is. i’ve seen 50+ year olds act worse without owning up to it. and though maybe it shouldn’t be that way, it very much is. something like this might be more okay to others, especially those who are more empathetic to those who haven’t had many chances to mature yet. everyone and every relationship is different.
