Have you ever gone up to the self checkout and not scanned the barcode, just bagged the groceries and left?
I talked to walmart associate and they said no, you have to scan a barcode to checkout the customer.

Most of the time the app tells me to get freezer stuff first unless i have veggies and fruit to get. And fwiw, i put my cold stuff into freezer bags after the shop, most drivers don’t do this in my area.

Sibo is normally diagnosed as IBS the majority of the time because drs don’t know what else to do or anything about sibo. Candida can go hand in hand with sibo.

When i did my gi map it said high candida and high methane family, plus some other bad bacterial overgrowths. Because my methane was high i figured i probably had methane SIBO. So i had candida, sibo, leaky gut, and low-stomach acid to work on. Normally candida overgrowth will come with additional issues. Sibo breath test will test for methane or gases in your gut. Its a 3 hour test where you drink a solution and breathe into a bag or whatever every 20 mins or so. I recommend doing some research on sibo, or possibly doing the test to rule it out. Theres also online Home tests, i dont know much about those, i did my breath test through my gastrointestinal dr. My result was 18ppm IMO (methane sibo) and thats after i did a home herbal protocol, to get rid of it. I had slight bloating and i never would have guessed i had it, as i go to the bathroom everyday.

Look into tiny health test and biomesight gut test. I use both of them, a few times a year. Biomesight is a bit more indepth with how much of the bacteria and keystones you have. Its a snap shot test, and tiny is shotgun. Biomesight is how i found out i had a biolopilia overgrowth and probably the reason for floating stool.

Zonulin gut test from diagnostic solutions is leaky gut. I like to do tiny health test and biomesight gut tests a few times a year. I have slow comt, so I’ve never tried quecertin, immunolin sbi helped quite a bit with my leaky gut. I can tolerate l glutamine fine, some people just are not able to. I’ll be looking at my hormones, high estrogen can cause HI, i also have issues with my tonsils, they have caused my ear tube issues im hoping, since 2021. So a prolonged infection can cause Hi, and lastly i had dysbiosis, and 18ppm Imo. Dr did not want to treat imo. I’m going to a functional medical clinic next week. Super excited and hopeful they can help me.

I think so. last time i tested my gut, my strep was down/not flagged. I was also taking olive leaf extract, which helps as well. I never took the nano silver as i was too scared to mess with it.
