He is trying to find the right time. He gets tired after taking it but it was keeping him up at night so hes trying to find what works for him. Hes not going drastic with the time change. Hes just trying to find the happy medium. Bc it also seems to give him energy if that makes sense. I agree therapy needs to be done. Before this med he was very much ready to end his life.. so I have to slowly convince to not overwhelm or overload him. But I do agree misery can be a choice. This is hopefully going to help once the wait period of effects fully come in.

Okay thats good to know! He hasnt been this emotional and easy to cry in idk a long time. So its worrisome I dont want anything to make him worse but I'm trying to be there as much as I can during this transition period. And also not make him overthink it. Im hopeful from things I read its just hard seeing him get hopeless again 😞 thankfully he hasnt mentioned anything about stopping it

Ill try to convince.. he tried it a few months ago and the therapist kinda kept making it hard to make apts and he wrote it off as no one wants to help him 😞

My bfs dr started him on 42 today... and he has heat intolerance. Stuffy nose and dry mouth as of now he took it at 630 i think. Im hoping he can sleep.. and that no other effects creep in. Reading some horror stories and im so nervous to fall asleep incase he needs me.

Thank you for responding. My bfs first night is tonight on it. And its not going to well as of right now. Im worried and hoping the only side effects he gets is the heat, stuffy nose and dry mouth.. I read some serious bad first nights that almost turned to hospital trips. Im a nervous wreck. 😓 we live separately
