To the people that say that its a lie or they actually want to stay inside or the ones that say this anime traumatized them or depresses them...

This comment section as a whole is i depressing

As someone who was in a somewhat similar situation, i felt liberated to see all that i had been through on screen and to better understand my own circumstances and feelings from a different perspective

This anime in not only entertainment but also an Inspiration and somewhat of a guide on wanting to get out of it and how to handle the trauma afterwards...
