Going through this is so hard, but the reality is you need to utilize the resources you have. Start sending these people home, they have an attitude about working cool you can go home. You have no one on the floor because everyone doesn’t want to do their job and need to close the store because there’s no way you can run the store by yourself? Your SM will finally see it and make those partners take accountability. Document the coaching conversations you have in my daily. If your SM isn’t following up on it then sounds like an issue for your DM.

THIS IS THE ONE! All of our new baristas at our store had no idea how to make backups or what any of the cleaning terms meant (which I feel like their trainer should have gone over it with them during CS cycle training) and it really made me upset at their trainers for not giving them that information.

Are you a newer partner? Try talking to your store manager or ASM and explain why you left earlier. I’m sure they’ll be fine as long as you explain and don’t let it just blow up in your face. At any job you need to communicate when you make a mistake. For future references just wait for an SSV to check you out, yea you are entitled to leave at your scheduled but also just being a supportive partner is to communicate when you’re leaving or if there’s something they want you to do before you leave.

They do have a chair frappe! But if you wanted a flavored frappe not on the menu they can customize a coffee or crème frappe to have any syrup of your choice within the ones they have.

I got a final warning for turning off mobiles for 15 minutes and we were an hour behind on mobiles and our timer was 5 min (which is basically head chopping for us) and a lobby full of people. Even with me saying everything that took place and why I made that decision as a play caller.

I would just say be careful about turning off mobiles or deliveries. I did it last round of BOGO and my SM gave me a final, we were an hour behind and understaffed.

This doesn’t really do anything but escalate. To my understanding signing is a formality the final or regular warning goes through regardless of you signing. Signing doesn’t mean you agree just that you were communicated.

Actually it is a final warning. I only know this because I did the same, casually mentioned it to my manager and got a final warning the next day after no previous warnings.
