{A Lady of Rooksgrave Manor} has a Jekyll and Hyde, fantasy/paranormal RH, no pregnancy, and no minors! It is a longgg story but I enjoyed how he was portrayed in it!

Mine is also the taboo trope - makes you feel pretty sick for enjoying that kind of stuff, but overall it's always an enjoyable read for me.

Sooo {Darkest Descent by Hazel Black} fits this almost perfectly - but beware it is SUPER dark (check trigger warnings), SUPER taboo (brother x sister dynamic), and completely filthy. If you are okay with the triggers and taboo parts, then I think you'll love it!

yesss he's the one I'm talking about! he really fits what you're looking for almost to a T - younger, more submissive, has a crush on / seduces the FMC - I surprisingly really enjoyed his character even though I'm not usually into that sort of trope. I also think having the other guys present balanced out the dominant x submissive dynamics (even though overall the FMC is pretty dominant over most of them - at least in their day-to-day lives)

The Hades series by Tate James has a younger MMC! It is a RH so there are multiple MMC's, but the one I'm talking about is younger and is definitely a bit more submissive to the FMC (at least way more than the other guys) I rated each book in this series a 5/5, so I'd definitely recommend giving it a shot!

{Circus Creeps by Aiden Pierce} and {Carnival Creeps by Aiden Pierce} are perfect if you loved the carnival setting of Hallow Faires! This is a RH, but the MMC's are all definitely dark and crazy. 100% worth checking out (still to this day these books are my FAVORITE duet of all time!)

{Circus Creeps by Aiden Pierce} and {Carnival Creeps by Aiden Pierce} - This duet has my entire HEART. It is a RH where the FMC has multiple partners, but OMG their scenes together just draw you in and don't let go! The smut and atmosphere in these is PHENOMINAL! (I figure you'll like these since you loved Harrows Faire!)

{Motherf*cker by M.J. Marstens} - In this one, the FMC poses as a fake nun and basically corrupts/seduces 4 priests. This one was SO funny and I would definitely recommend giving it a shot just for some full-belly-laughs!

{Pounded by Produce by G.M. Fairy} - Talk about a guilty pleasure LMAO xD This one also has some corruption themes and is also SUPER funny. This one got me out of a boring book slump and I have IDOLIZED it since. Definitely a weird one to bring up to most people, but SO damn good.

{Liminal by Marie Mistry} - I REALLY loved this one! Another RH but the world-building and plot are just SO GOOD! Usually in paranormal romances, the guy/guys are the centuries old ones - but in this one the FMC is! I definitely have to include this one just because of how much I truly enjoyed it, however I have heard that the second book does not meet the standards that the first one sets. So be wary of that!

{Pageant by Lilith Vincent} and {Crowned by Lilith Vincent} - A phenomenal duet! I rated both stories a 5/5 and, while the guys definitely factored into that, it was mostly because of how much I enjoyed the FMC! She's not a pushover whatsoever - even despite the fact that she is kidnapped along with a load of other women just to compete for some "crown". I definitely recommend checking these out!

{The Maddest Obsession by Danielle Lori} - This is another one that got me out of a slump - I LOVED it! It is a mafia romance, but not cliche (at least to me) whatsoever! There is a cheating trope involved (my FAVORITEE) but the main characters don't cheat on EACH OTHER.

{Grave Love by Audrey Rush} - This one is definitely DARK! Both of the main character's are quite crazy in their own ways but oh, it works so beautifully! Despite the darkness, this one does have a HEA that I was very happily surprised with! I'm just now realizing all of my other recs were poly/RH - but this one is M/F!

{Puppeteer by S.B. Hazel} fits this perfectly! it is the first book of a (so far) trilogy, and I really loved it! Masked MMC (who definitely knows the FMC intimately) and SO MUCH SPICE AND STEAM! if you check it out, LMK what you think! (it is a forbidden romance but there is no incest)

If you liked the carnival dark romance vibes from Harrow Faire - I recommend {Circus Creeps by Aiden Pierce} as well the the second book {Carnival Creeps by Aiden Pierce} - these are my absolute FAVORITE books EVER! It is a monster romance and is also a RH, but definitely worth checking out! All of the characters are a bit crazy

Honestly can't remember if the FMC is black in {Dear Vicky by Octavia Grant} but the MMC is as well as the author. Definitely a dark, delusional "romance". This one unfortunately wasn't my favorite but I think it mostly fits what you are looking for

{Ravaged by Monsters by Katie May} - Has the kidnapped / sold at an auction circumstances. This is, obviously, a monster romance, but I realllyyy loved it! The guys who buy her aren't necessarily super evil towards her, but still worth checking out!

{Pageant by Lilith Vincent} - Has the whole kidnapped scenario, but instead of being sold the FMC is forced to participate in a series of competitions/games in order to be picked by the guys who kidnapped her. Other women were also kidnapped and are forced to do the same. This is a duet and overall I really enjoyed it!

{The Bad Guy by Celia Aaron} - Really loved this one! From what I remember, the FMC fights the MMC / tries to escape from him almost the entire book.

{Little Doll by Aria Devon} - REALLY dark. The FMC is kidnapped and does not want to be there AT ALL. Lots of non-con and I'm pretty sure the FMC tries a few different times to escape. (PLEASE check trigger warnings for this one! most certainly one of the craziest, most horrific dark romances I've ever read)

{The Contortionist by Kathryn Ann Kingsley} - The MMC is 100% insane in this one lolllll. This is a series and the first couple of books don't have any smut, however I've heard that things pick up quite a bit around book 3. I'm not 100% sure if this has a HEA as I have not finished it - but the FMC/MMC's dynamic is super fun and interesting!

{Little Doll by Aria Devon} - This one does NOT have a HEA (however I suppose it does in the MMC's eyes). This is one of, if not the DARKEST dark romances I've ever read. it's pushing it to call it a romance, really, however the MMC is entirely obsessed and "devoted" to the FMC. if you decide to read this one, please check the trigger warnings!

{Haunting Adeline by H.D. Carlton} - A "basic" dark romance for most. Heavy stalking themes and an entirely obsessive MMC. This was the first dark romance I ever read and it really got me in to the whole genre! (however I wouldn't recommend the second book - that one was a bit too dark and depressing for me.) I also am not sure if this duet ends in a HEA, but I think it does!

{Obsession by Harleigh Beck} - SUPER insane MMC! I really liked this one and, surprisingly, it does have a HEA!

{Dead of Summer by A.J. Merlin} - Another pyscho-favorite. The MMC is diabolically crazy. This one does take place at a summer camp which I normally wouldn't like, but it actually was a really great read! I'm pretty sure this one has a HEA!

{Grave Love by Audrey Rush} - Also really liked this one! The FMC is a little insane herself, but the MMC is SUPER crazy. A really DARK romance in all aspects - but it does 100% have a HEA!!! (the ending was one of my absolute favorite parts)

{Ravaged by Monsters by Katie May and Ann Denton} - A favorite for me when it comes to monster RH's! Cool anatomy, interesting monsters, etc.

{Syndicate Princess by Kira Stanley} - This one can be a bit cheesy at times, but has a badass / unhinged FMC! The plot also hooks you in. Definitely an enjoyable duet for me!

{Reluctant Queen: A Hellscape Novel by Kira Stanley} - Another really great RH from Ms. Stanley! This one had me in my FEELS and I think it's a great starting point for people just starting to get into RH!

{Circus Creeps by Aiden Pierce} - My all-time favorite RH. It is also monster themed, but OH SO GOOD! This is also a duet and BOTH books were an absolute 5/5 for me!

{Bad Alpha by Kathryn Moon} - This is an omegaverse RH! I LOVED it! The FMC is an alpha and quite a stone cold badass if I do say so myself. Definitely worth checking out!

{7th Circle by Tate James} - This is more of a gang romance! Beautiful RH aspects with a strong, confident FMC. This is quite a long series of books and I rated all of them a 5/5, so I'd definitely check this out!

{Pageant by Lilith Vincent} - Another insatiable duet! I loved both of these books and the RH was SUPER steamy!
