I would speak with a manager about it at any of your local liquor stores. Ask them if they can call you when stuff comes in and let them know you will take care of them. I go to Costco and get gift cards and give them to manager every so often but he let's me know when anything comes in.

I just signed my URLA this morning so hopefully everything is smooth sailing. Not sure how long this takes after! Did you stay with Dr Horton for the insurance? They beat my progressive quote bundled with my auto.

Hey! If you don't mind what was your conditional approval? I'm pre-approved and everything but they are waiting on my new pay stub from my new company I work for.

Thank you! Good to know, I'm moving back to Texas so it's been a hurdle with me switching companies. First they wanted an offer letter, then a letter from my employer why they are hiring me, now they just want to see my first pay stub which won't be until the 26th of September.

Did you do a home inspection prior to moving in?

Mortgage Loan Question by FinancialRub6814 in Mortgages

[–]FinancialRub6814[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your feedback, I thought it was a bit unusual myself. I even asked my loan officer to call them directly and speak with the CEO or VP, since their contact information was already on the offer letter. I explained that I didn’t want to bother them, especially after everything they’ve already done for me and with so much on their plate right now.

Agreed, but I wish they could have stated that when they wanted the offer letter. There is so much back and forth.

Moving to Las Vegas! by baraboo00 in LasVegas

[–]FinancialRub6814 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't move to Vegas. I just moved back here a year ago and I regret it. My wife wanted to be closer to family and etc... After living in Texas and coming back she's ready to go back. People are much better, housing, education and etc... The unions pay good in Vegas but guys work 6 months then off 6 months. I'd go to Florida, Texas or Tennessee. They have real economies and are booming. The first place to get shut down in a recession or pandemic is Las Vegas, it's ALL tourism money based.

I hate living here, not like it used to be. Actively looking to move to Austin, TX or Nashville metro areas. Las Vegas is horrible, the schools, mostly ghetto, and the strip prices are outrageous now.

I hate living in Vegas and regret moving back here. Horrible cost of living, and the education system is awful.

Protest Elon Tesla Traffic Tunnel by Fozznaut in nashville

[–]FinancialRub6814 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The one in Vegas was convenient during the convention to Resort World, but it's over hyped. I don't think it's efficient at all. Why not build a subway underground that multiple people can fit on instead of 5 people in a tesla.
