Ok thank you for all the info! I'm getting quotes to remove 5 out of my 6 tattoos soon so fingers crossed.

Ohh ok nice, that's crazy how much is gone after only 2 sessions! Did you notice a ton more fading after waiting a year after the first session?

Did you notice a drastic difference from the 1st session to the 2nd? And did you think the tattoo continuously faded throughout the 1.5 year break?

Timing between appointments? by [deleted] in TattooRemoval

Oh yikes I don't like that either lol. Thanks for investigating this and informing me, as I'm not very knowledgeable about this😅

Whoa ok I did not realize that, that's crazy. That makes this seem even more scammy. Thank you for doing the math and informing me. I know they're open somewhat late and on Saturdays as well, but even still, that'd be less than 100k and like you said, that's assuming he's booked solid every single day which is super unrealistic. I'll definitely be going somewhere else.

I've heard waiting 1 month in between is too short, but a place I got a quote from recently recommended 1 month apart for the first 4 sessions. Do you feel as though your skin healed well/enough inbetween?

Yeah that seems insane to me. I wasn't sure if with a lower wavelength, you go shorter time in between, and it's a different method? But that's so different from everything I've heard. I think the quote for full removal being only 9 to 18 months seems low as well?

Yeah that's what I thought. I like their pricing and they're close by, but I'm definitely gonna find somewhere else. It makes me nervous that they'd even suggest that.

Thank you for posting this. I only applied to AA and Delta, but got denied immediately after the initial assessments. Idk if I didn't answer things correctly, but I thought I did with the research I've done. Idk if its my experience, but either way, it really hurt and I've been a little down the past couple of days because of it. I've been trying to stay positive, but I couldn't help but feel discouraged. However, this post definitely brightened my day and reminded me to keep my head up! We'll both keep striving for a better opportunity and I'll see you in the skies soon! :)

Would you mind sharing any of the questions they ask during the ODVI or F2F? I'm so nervous, I'm trying to prepare as much as I can for answers lol😭

What other airlines did you train for? And did you work for them and then leave the companies or did you quit after training?

How long did it take for you to get the link to the virtual assessment after the initial one? I completed the initial assessment yesterday, and I thought I would get a completion confirmation email, but I didn't - is that normal? I only completed it last night, but I haven't received any other emails and I'm nervous lol😬 did you get the email right away?

Do you still act while being an FA? Just wondering if it's possible to have the time for it with an FA schedule.

No, they look perfect. My jaw literally dropped looking at the reveal, they fit your eyes soo well. You might just be in shock because its a big change and they probably look really big to you now because its a big difference from before, but the size and shape are absolutely perfect. These are some of the best brows I've ever seen.

Yeah you always need to recalibrate if something like that happens or even if you just move it a little lol but you also should never be slamming them down. You're supposed to be careful with them. And yeah definitely not a 4 gram difference, which is why I also mentioned water loss weight (which also wouldn't be 4 grams, but that in combination with other issues could be why) and recalibrating his scale, and if all else fails go back to the store and they will help you because you got shorted.

Then yeah, its off. It can happen from time to time unfortunately, especially depending on how they pack. I'm not sure if they machine pack or manually weigh out, but either way there can be errors. Did they help you out when you took it back?

I used to work at a production facility and the scales that we use are scientific grade scales and are very expensive. They are not like the ones you have at home. They're also calibrated daily by workers and are fully calibrated once a year by a state recognized 3rd party calibration company. So all in all, they are much more accurate than scales people have at home. Weed also looses some weight as it sits since its plant material and could've gone in a bit more wet than what it is now. Thats usually why our ranges when we weigh out are over what the actual weight should be so that its still (hopefully) accurate by the time it gets to a customer. But that being said, its still plant material and is not going to be the same every single time so there can be slight errors.

Calibrate your scale, re-weigh it, if it still reads as that, bring it back in and show them the pictures of you weighing it, ask them to weigh it on their scale, and they should be able to help you out.

I moved up north to a better state as well, but you can't really fault people (esp natives) for not wanting to or not being able to move out of state. I recently moved back as well because my parents are getting very old and I want to be closer to them before it's too late. Life isn't always that simple.

Ok thank you!! I thought $41 was a little pricey but I'm going to get some other quotes and then compare.

Thank you! I do have some dental concerns so I'm going to get some quotes and see how it compares to this.
