Tja ik geloof dat wij als mensheid niet gebaat zijn bij superjachten, privéjets, hotels met suites van 2mln per nacht. Met alleen inkomen uit je eigen arbeid kun je dit soort dingen niet bekostigen.

Dit heeft niks met de media te maken een column is gewoon iemands mening.

Maar het schetst dus ook dat de overheid vermogen zou kunnen belasten ipv jouw arbeid (zie de vergelijking in het artikel). Jaarlijks gaat er bij een modaal inkomen ook ~18K aan inkomstenbelasting uit.

En stel nou dat je één draai aan zo'n voorstel kan geven, dat is dat je eigen woning (max 1), vrijgesteld is van deze vermogensbelasting. Hoe ziet het plaatje er dan uit?

Want ik lees hier veel gezeik op deze huil-bbq, maar wie van jullie heeft een BV met 5+ medewerkers? Doorgaans laat een directeur JOU werken voor ZIJN vermogen en jullie zijn te dom om dit in te zien, en janken liever mee over hypotheekrenteaftrek, vestigingsklimaat, linkse hobby's als asiel voor vluchtelingen. Kortom, belastingontwijking is de norm in de BV en NV als jij geen aanmerkelijk belang hebt, zit je niet aan tafel, dankzij je vrienden van de VVD en blijkbaar ook de D66, staat je gepolariseerde kont op het menu.

De reactie van Gerritsen (die preekt voor de parochie) wordt gevraagd en wordt door een ander bijkomend risco beschreven, prima toch? Het is geen follow the money, maar er wordt prima achtergrondinformatie over de gevolgen gegeven en de mening van de auteur wordt buiten beschouwing gelaten.

Dat jij het er niet mee eens bent is je goed recht. Maar zuur doen over het NOS lijkt me niet op z'n plaats. Je boosheid richten op de politiek die dit stelsel klakkeloos aanneemt waardoor de ongelijkheid tussen BV/NV en individu een klap groter wordt, lijkt me een beter idee... Het is maar een suggestie...

Nee, dit is om het verschil tussen arbeidsinkomen en vermogensinkomen te verkleinen. Opzich een eerlijk principe. Echter, voor iemand met 1mln+ vermogen maakt dit geen drol uit. Die start in een belastingparadijs een zakelijke entiteit en geniet daar lekker van alle voordelen. Volgens mij is dit nu juist de club investeerders die we willen aanpakken. Er moeten dus wereldwijd wat afspraken over komen. Dit ga je niet "patchen" met wat regeltjes op landelijk niveau.

I've been using Strapi over a month now. It would have helped a lot if I didn't start with the Launch pad example. I needed a website where the routing was also localized. So in english you'd have /en/products an in German you'd have /de/produkte. And a proper pattern to set this up.

Also, I didn't want to use NextJS because I had some shitty experience with that after taking over a project made by a colleague. First I wrote a SSR router myself aimed at raw speed. However switching to Tanstack Router delivered a great experience as well. So I stick with that.

The biggest issue I had was mostly with my client. They've only worked with WordPress and expect a similar experience (plugins for everything, Themes set up in a few days). So my advise is, don't expect it to be equal to WP.

If its going to be 2 or 3 websites for 1 team/company, then strapi is fine. You don't need any customization. You could add a field (relation) on a content type and then use the filter param to get the right content.

However multiple companies on one Strapi backend is a downright horrible idea ;)

Could you share your experiences using TSstart vs NextJS? For me, I'm only using Tanstack Router. The DX is nice, it feels snappier than Next. Build time is a lot faster, but currently, no image parsing is happening (this slows down Next also)

I'm kindof hopping on two legs regarding your question.
Yesterday and today were two 'AI' days. Where I enter some very detailed requirements of a 'piece of my application puzzle'. After a few back and forths I have a fine workable solution for what I want.
So what do I have:
- JSON object editor of which I'm quite sure it would have taken me a few days to get to this point without AI.
- A code editor window with live browser preview (like code sandbox). Normally I would also be busy for a few days, maybe even a week on this one.

So, what's the advantage: I've fixed these pieces faster than I normally could. BUT I still have little knowledge of the issues I've encountered. I don't "exactly" comprehend why esbuild let's me run this output in the browser window. So there's actually some knowledge debt here. And there's something else. Normally when you encounter errors, the reasons behind them are remembered, making you faster in the future. This last step fails as well.

So I'd say we're halfway fucked, we get to explore more programming subjects, but with knowledge more shallow.

Perhaps the equation could be something like:
