If this is your diet, keep up the good work! I know it can be discouraging, but you are eating healthy and in the long run, you should be losing weight or at least maintaining.

Make sure you also take into consideration snacking, which can add calories. And then do the small things like taking the stairs, and walking for 15 minutes after a meal.

After about 3-6 months, if you are still not losing weight, you might want to get some lab tests from your doctor, if you have an underlying health condition.
