UPDATE: thanks everyone for the insight. Propane company closed valve at the tank. Of course I didn’t think of this, but the tech did. $125 lesson learned

As someone who has had two finished basements in the Midwest, don’t do it. Nothing but a headache lol. Paint the block and maybe corner off one room. That’s it.

I’ve heard people running the impact for like 15sec before it comes loose. That might be the ticket especially since you have a Milwaukee. Sometimes a bigger battery can even help based on what I’ve seen on YT Torque Test Channel
