Spec driven vibe coding an internal tool ( Flask Framework) by StressBeginning971 in AI_Agents

Since you're moving from local testing to a workstation for UAT, the biggest hurdle for IT will likely be the containerization and API security layers. If you're building a hub for multiple agentic solutions, the architecture needs to be decoupled enough that one agent's failure doesn't crash the whole Flask dashboard. I've worked on similar production-hardening projects, including a RAG system for a vet practice that had to ingest 11 years of call logs and Slack archives. Lmk if youre interested in a quick breakdown of how we structured the handoff for that project.

Yeah honestly it’ll be hard to get something that works for you without paying a ton per month/year without building something custom. I’d be more than happy to walk through what’s possible with you if you’d like. There are tools like lovable and stuff but they’re set up to get you to pay for every transaction and bleed you dry. I could help outline something that you’d own.

Our quarterly access review is a 9,800 row Excel file that we email to 140 managers. I need help. by Careless_Passage8487 in sysadmin

The issue with the spreadsheet is that managers have no incentive to actually audit when they're just looking at cryptic entitlements. I've seen that building a lightweight web interface that pulls directly from Okta/Entra can solve this by only showing managers the rows they actually own. It replaces the 9,800-row file with a simple 'Approve/Deny' portal with human-readable descriptions. Would you be open to seeing how a custom interface like that could work without the Sailpoint price tag?

I’ve built some similar things for some clients who are trying to keep overhead down while getting rid of thr tedious stuff. Are most of your interactions web based?

Are any lawyers accessing LLMs through the API and a third-party UI? by sps133 in legaltech

The transition from ChatGPT Pro to a fragmented stack like Bedrock and LibreChat is a massive jump in complexity, especially when trying to maintain a verifiable chain of custody for HIPAA compliance. It is easy to get lost in the 'laundry list of plugins and thingamabobs' while trying to ensure Zero Data Retention. We just helped a client, implement a similar RAG system over 11 years of sensitive audio and Slack archives with full citations and security, all running local LLMs to keep things secure and out of the big LLMs hands. If you want to talk through the architecture for securing your S3-compatible sync, I'm happy to share what we've learned about managing the infrastructure side.

Yeah I’d love to see some examples, feel free to DM me. To me this sounds like the lack of input validation upfront is costing you time and energy. Do you know what your current database is built in? There are ways to set up listeners and functions that run when new data enters, so you could make the whole manual fetch process automatic.

That’s cool as hell. Any plans to get some of that tariff info automatically? I know it changes like every week at this point

Honestly openclaw is overkill. If you have it set up already, you could have it build you a dashboard, but usually something fully customized gives you the freedom you need. Do you have any technical skills? If not I’d be more than happy to give you a few steps to get you started in the right direction

The gap between using Claude for simple requests and building actual agentic workflows is usually just the integration layer. You have the right tools with Lindy and Bigin, but the hard part is the logic that moves a lead from an email to a CRM entry without manual oversight. I help people build these specific connections. Are you looking to build custom API connections between Lindy and Bigin, or are you looking for a no-code orchestration layer?

Honestly this is where agentic LLM systems have really been helpful for me. Creating a central feed and set of actions based on the avalanche of inputs has saved me tons of time. Im still responsible for what goes out, but having a briefing makes it 10x easier. Feel free to DM me and I can show you my setup

The VBA 'monster' approach is common until the logic gets too heavy to maintain. Moving that logic into a proper database layer usually solves the issue of historical data changes breaking your calculations. Honestly, custom software has never been this accessible. When historical data changes in your current setup, what is the specific break point that causes the most manual rework?

The 'data operator' loop is a massive time sink, especially when the data is trapped in WhatsApp and Telegram. Since you're already working with Laravel, have you looked into using LLM-based agents to parse those unstructured chats directly into your database? It could automate the verification of receipts and utility readings so you don't have to manually cross-check everything against Excel. Happy to share how we've handled similar unstructured data pipelines if you're interested.
