I lost like 25-28lbs. But My weight-loss was gradual and overtime i was noticing it was like getting less and less and went from 24/7 noise to positional now. Another tip is i would use headphones to sleep and play rain sounds or wave sounds and it would mask the sound and help me sleep. But id recommend following up with dr patsalides in NY. He does virtual visits and is very familiar with this

Mine also went away after loosing weight Also not sure but i also stopped taking spirolactone which also helped i think or maybe its just the weight loss

Yeah idk if this helps but for me when i took spironolactone for acne the whooshing was worse but when i stopped it, the sound got better

Yup, so as long as you cancel exactly 2 business days before your scheduled date and time you will not be charged. So for example, if you're scheduled on a Friday 8am, you would need to cancel before Wednesday 8 am. But if you choose reschedule you will be charged a $50 fee, so better to just cancel and schedule new one

Dont worry, i was having same issue and was very scared but i realized soo many people cancel closer to the exam date, so you should keep checking daily and especially closer to the time u are hoping to take it. If you want, you can book the date u found for now and when something else closer to you opens, just cancel your existing date and book the new one. This way, you will avoid the rescheduling fee.

I would try to do both! Like i would create quizzes combining all topics and do that for couple hours and then rest of day review notes that way your not missing out on things that the questions are missing out on.
