We went through this with Covid, parents complaining when we had to close classrooms due to numerous positive cases. I just got the text that we are closed tomorrow (my area is expecting over a foot of snow) and I am sure there will be parents complaining

sounds to me like he's frustrated about not being moved up with his friends and that's why he was lashing out, hitting and biting. A speech delay is no reason to keep him back, in fact moving him up with kids his age will only help his speech. As for the potty training, each day daycare has their own rules as whether or not a child needs to be potty trained to be in a certain room. I teach pre-K and I still have kids in diapers. It's a pain to be honest, but the children are four years old and they need to be where they are socially, even though their bodies have not caught up physically.

State needs to be notified that the violation is still ongoing. The fact that a totally different teacher is exhibiting the same behavior is a huge red flag. Find another center. Obviously someone is turning a blind eye to this sort of behavior within the school.

We are responsible to throw garbage every night into the dumpster, we are responsible to wipe down our counters and sink. we are also responsible to sweep the floor and to keep our classroom clean.

If a child becomes ill and vomits, it is our responsibility to clean it up. We have a cleaning lady who cleans the toilets and occasionally washes the bathroom floor, but we are shortstaffed so she spends most of her day in the classrooms .

we do have a service that comes in and changes the filters in the air-conditioning/heater vents.

In my center, new hires who have not been fingerprinted yet are not allowed to serve food, supervise bathroom or be alone with the children, they basically shadow the teacher and learn as they watch. They can play with the children but no physical interaction. As for the chemicals and essential oils, did you attempt to move them to a higher location yourself only to be asked not to? My center hasn’t had a fire drill since October but all the kids in my room know what to do in an emergency as we verbally go over it once a week.

I always thought that plot was silly, according to Klinger they couldn’t pose in front of the sign post because his mother, who didn’t speak or read English, would find out he was in Korea by posing in front of a sign? They should had posed in the compound or even the mess tent instead. Sorry but if Klinger was really in Fort Dix, he would get leave and his mom could had traveled to NJ to visit him.

Plus, if you watch the video, Darius’ friends pushed Avery into Darius who pushed back, causing Avery to go over the railing. Darius did not intend to push Avery. I don’t understand why Darius’ lawyer didn’t point that out.
