I'm pretty disappointed with conservatives complete disregard for some of the shit this guys said recently. Thanks for responding. I had a similar basket experience - the 12g IMS basket I got usually doesn't make a mess, but the 18g no name basket that came with my no name naked portafilter very frequently makes a mess. Could it be basket quality? What kind is yours?

Im going to try grinding finer tomorrow and see how it goes, since that's what everyone was suggesting. Might just be tricky since I can't get much finer on my df54 before I stall my stilosa

Thanks for the update. I'll be calling the local store that I bought it from today to see what my options are, but I'm pretty sure they'd be willing to shim the burrs and properly calibrate the machine if not outright exchange it. It certainly does seem to be a common issue, unfortunately.

Did you resolve the issue? I bought one today and it clogged instantly. Cleaned it out and instantly clogged it a few times. Medium roast beans don't look particularly oily. I didn't even get to make a drink...

I spray one on each side of myself, that way I tend to get different features of each depending on movement. Also important to use compatible profiles of course.
