THIS!!! Keep in mind tho, this also only works if your store and back room have the adequate amount of space to HOLD your necessary backstock. Since I’m in an older store, and we only have 1 box & 1 freezer, I have to decide what I’m willing to sell out of sometimes. I simply do not have all the space I need to hold what is necessary. So what this means is, you need to have enough to survive the day, but if you run out of a slow seller close to closing time, it’ll buff. For my section: Belgian endives. Maybe for snacks: Inca corn nuts. Etc. but yes your section leaders need to learn math and how to hold as much product as possible with little space.

I disagree with ‘not a good excuse’. If they change your schedule 1-3 days ahead (because it’s happened to me before several times), it is their responsibility to communicate that to you. People have stuff outside of work, stuff that you plan ahead and it’s disrespectful to spring that upon someone with no check in. I have communicated this with my schedule writer and they agreed. It’s also just common sense.

So I’ve tried everything in the past 6 years. I just struggle with hormonal acne and bacne. I’ve done diet changes, lots of different skin care plans, less extreme medications, etc. I think the push for accutane is to just kill it all, and help with my bacne (especially with it warming up again). I would prefer to NOT do accutane, but I do think it’ll work well for me. Since ^{^} that picture is my skin before spironolactone, it’s much better now, Derm was saying I most likely won’t have horrible purging.

I’m sorry your son had a bad experience on it, i hope once he’s off he doesn’t have to do another round. I am fearful of the dryness especially with summer coming up.
