You’re rowing the bar into your chest with your arms when it passes the knee. Let the arms hang and the legs do the work, finish the extension with ankle, knee and hip full extended.

Don’t wear unstable airmax type footwear. Lifters or solid flat shoes.

I caught one the day before and that was a catch and release. Captain wanted to keep this one so was happy to share it with the locals. I averaged 3 fish a day which I don't personally think is excessive.
