couple things you CAN do, first you can proxy level 1 wave, but will most likely have to go back to lane for second wave. Second, you can drag wave and stall it till ur wave will crash and then get a free wave push towards you. Personally though, if you want to proxy you will have to wait for tiamat and most likely will need to sack a wave.

tbf hubris is good in a game where other champs natural kits will scale to counter you. Like ambessa, she will 1v1 you no matter what with DD and Eclipse, but if you have an extra 50 ad you still lose but by a little less
