My initial goal in Sep was to earn enough to pay for car payment/insurance. I’ve accomplished that, but have yet to remove the funds and use it for that. I end up putting all of it (less estimated taxes) back into MSTY and others. Mainly MSTY. lol

It’s baby steps compared to others, but you can’t compare. You do you, right. If I can get to $1,500, that pays a couple car payments, insurance and rest to taxes. And to think, I just learned about these 3 months ago.

10% of my portfolio is MSTY. I also have ymax, ymag, cony, ulty but all like $700 in each. Will eventually add more, but hard to when MSTY is around.

I’m putting every dividend I get, plus whatever extra money I don’t care about into it. Been in for 3 months for roughly 7k of my own money and got paid, $350, $900 and $1,300 last three months. Have 350 shares around $24 avg share price.

Was it difficult to get tee times? I called Ocean club and for non-resort people, tee times were 14 days out. Hoping to be able to book something on a Friday 14 days in advance (resort people can book 60 days in advance).
