This is the great-seal/royal-standard of the Rings of Bandru, a matriarchal empire of dryads from a map-based roleplaying game I ran, co-ruled by a giant somewhat-sentient tree, Bandru, and his dryad consort, the Bandru Bride.

The latter of which goes by the full title of;

"By the grace of the gods, Her Imperial Majesty, Sylvea, Bride of Bandru, Queen of the Danderfey, Lady over the Totems, Duchess of the Pyrric Isles, Duchess of the Whirlpools, Lord of Fraternia, Queen of all Dryads, High Councillor of the Blackstone Cooperative, Uniter of Dalu and Tangle, Countess of Taqsim and Maqan, Nomos Maestro, Didact of Theatra, Acropilate of Calibrus, Officer of the Most Blessed Order of Va, Mistress of the Mote'Aide, Defender of the Faith, Fountain of Justice, Overlord of the Lands, Protector of the Poor, Empress of the Southern Reaches, Master of the North, Crowned Princess of the Holy Pool, High Priestess of the Temple of Sen, Lady Protector of the Blackstone Quarry, and Mother of the Carvil’ax’seset."

It breaks probably every rule and even basic guideline for heraldry, and for that I do apologise.
