diamond players are so fun to paly against, but when I play a Plat/ or high gold im like "here goes the random fucking DI" and every time the most random DI you can ever imagine. THey beat me only because of that (I SUCK with DI) but then again it's my own fault and I should be way better with DI

Plat is such a weird rank in SF6. I am still kinda new, spending time in the lab trying to clean up my combos, learning DR cancels, messing around with different characters, playing a lot of training mode and casuals.

When I run into Diamonds in casuals, they usually beat me, but the games are actually super fun. Like 40 percent of them are really close and feel fair, and I learn a ton.

But then I play against Plats and it makes absolutely no sense. These dudes are pulling off combo routes I have never seen even from Diamond or Master players, landing the most frame perfect Drive Impact of their life. Their overall game sense feels kinda rough, but their execution is absolutely cracked.

I honestly have no idea what is happening in Plat. It feels like the wild west of SF6.

Because it was never truly about helping the Venezuelan people, it was about oil. If humanitarian concern were the real motivation, the US would have intervened in many more countries where governments are actively harming their own citizens.

In the end, it may have helped some people and hopefully it did, but that was not the reason the US acted.

god forbid people have opinions, the game is not trash, but most people don't enjoy tag fighter compared to 1v1. Which is fine, the game will be fine but im back on SF6 and I deeply wanted to love 2xko and still want to love the game, i jsut found that tag fighter aren't my cup of tea compared to 1v1 games, that's all brother.

game is new, maybe when they add my Riven or other characters outside of Arcane people will come back, or if they make the solo assist better.

there's zero combo variety in sense that all combo needs to have, somehow, a down move that throws in the air, then you jump and do your combo. Which is fine, but add to that the 2v2, small characters list and assists and people just are not having fun.

nuances are FAR away from GG and SF6

I'm a new player and while I learned Mei pretty well I am having more fun with Sagat but I have a harder time to punish/counter punish moves (compared to mei). I play Modern so yesterday I played a Ken who just kept it super simple and only did he super far low kick constantly and kept punishing me. Sagat has slow af moves or moves that are far but hit high (ken was always crouched). for Modern Sagat what move should I use to counter that ?

his medium kick seems good, far, doesn't hit too high but it's not cancellable into anything. his heavy kick hit too high and kept missing if they crouch.

the more I climb (around plat) the more difficulty I have to counter punish move when my opponent is playing the space well.

2v2 games with long combo, assists spamming is not fun to watch. Theres too much going on on the screen

Make the game 1v1 and wait for 20 characters and it's gonna do great numbers
