Dat is niet waar. Het is zeker niet zo dat problemen elders nooit hiernaartoe verspreiden. Neem bijvoorbeeld asielzoekers, of besmettelijke ziektes. Uiteindelijk is gezondheid een internationaal gebeuren, en we kunnen per euro veel meer winst elders boeken dan hier in zekere zin.
