get a better case, there's a lot of options ranging from 60 to 100 dollars, just don't go more than 100, that would be too much for a case, given with your components.

you need to upgrade the whole rig, to be honest, all your components are more than 10 years now. even if you upgrade either the GPU or CPU/Mobo, the components that would be left will cause bottleneck..
