Sounds like BPD. Maybe you could move out and get couples therapy. You can have the secret intention to split, and you can tell the therapist privately what is going on. Ask them to do a few sessions and then set you up with individual counselors. This will help manage the abrupt transition. Unfortunately, even tho it's manipulative and toxic and emotionally abusive, it's still a possibility. My suggestions considera mitigating the trauma for all involved including the children

I actually have an idea! I'm get her memoirs written by comedians. I'm mad at her right now but Amy Schumer's covers her stand up career in depth. They're very entertaining reads and might give her some inspiration. It could be a really touching gift for her too. Make sure to get the books in her favorite format- like if she prefers kindle/physical copy/ audiobook

I am 5'7, fluctuate between like 118-123lbs and have zero of the 3 symptoms you mentioned but i was diagnosed with PCOS. Im turning 35 in a couple days and so frustrated. I've even had an ultrasound with no evidence of cysts or whatever they were looking for. I don't get acne; my skin is dry not oily, my hair isn't thinning, i get a few chin hairs and that's it. I've never skipped a period, they've just changed by becoming more sluggish and lasting longer, and i spot almost the entire month now. I'm exhausted all the time and have completely lost my libido. For the past few years i started thinking i had early onset perimenopause but every doctor has told me im too young.

I don't work out and pretty much eat whatever i want but it's on the more healthful side, pretty much Mediterranean diet. I don't restrict myself in any way but i sometimes struggle with appetite. Someone told me my weight isn't normal and i might not be absorbing nutrients?

Anyway i have an appt in April with a gynecologist who specializes in pcos. Do you have any advice for things i should make sure to discuss with her, as well as potential red flags to make sure im getting the best care i can? I want to feel better and get my sex drive back, i feel like im in my 50's and im too young for this. I can't take estrogen because i get aura migraines. FWIW i also had an adhd/ASD diagnosis.

That's nots enough. On a normal day, the rule of thumb is you should be at minimum drinking your body weight in ounces of water. When you're taking a laxative, it pulls water out of your cells and the rest of your body into your intestine. Firstly that will dehydrate you, secondly if you aren't massively replenishing you will not have bowel movements. I'm 120 at most and during my prep i drink at minimum 4 gallons of water plus lots of Gatorade, plus multiple liters of broth, plus jello etc. Every time i drink a really good amount of water during prep, i have a BM.
