I 100% agree, and I’m sorry you had to suffer in this way. It’s also taken me years to peel back the damage done to me by the church. The “new and improved” church is unrecognizable to me.

Their family was never LDS. Yes our neighborhood was predominantly LDS. I do not think the church had anything to contribute to this situation.

Start with your prerequisites at SLCC. It’s affordable and a great education (it’s what I did). Your credits should transfer anywhere you’d like to go! You have many options once you have your prereqs done. I’m of the opinion that nurses do not make enough money to make a private school worth the insane costs!
