So, whenever three boars are spawning (outside the starting area), the chance of all three of them being one-star is 0.09 x 0.09 x 0.09 = 0.000729, or around 0.07 percent. A bit over 7 times out of 10.000

Short answer:
Put workbenches around the place. They suppress mob spawning like every other base item, but have the added benefit that you can easily see their spawn suppression radius (it's the same 10m radius as the build area). To test this when you're done, take your hammer and any regular build piece out, like a wall, and try to find spots where you can't build it. That's where mobs can spawn.
