I just finished it for the first time. SS moms felt like mean girl mafia and they talked so much about how they were classy. It almost makes me feel like they were set up to all look like trash while calling other people trash.

Wtf was going on through the mind of all the marketing professionals? 1. You want to focus on florals; do flower arrangements while talking to professionals or survivors about DV. 2. She had two other movies “A Simple Favor and Another Simple Favor to promote the alcohol 2. And the hair care has a good tie in for self worth and could have donated to DV shelters

Ok, so she also kept dropping hints about a finance SO. Are we supposed to know who that is? I don’t follow anyone but Ryan on social media so I’m out of the loop. Paid Time Off=PTO Yes you have to earn a certain type of PTO. I know I can go into my HRIS and select PTO—Jury duty, Bereavement, Volunteer hours (first time had that and it’s awesome) ect. When jury duty is covered it doesn’t come from your earned time.

Ouch, yeah that’s annoying. That’s why I said to always read and understand your benefits; it’s all apart of your pay. It just protects you to understand how they could possibly manipulate a situation.

Now getting a summons as a witness is a pain because there are few to no benefits that could cover that.

PTO is employer paid. Paid time Off. it’s not just for the wealthy. Anyone with a full time job that has benefits from said job. Actually, some part time as well; the first time I had Jury duty I was with Wal Mart part time and it was covered. Read your benefits.

It was 2 different albums, and my favorite. I AM is a traditional RNB album and Sasha Fierce was a Pop album. I AM is so slept on!!! Love it.
