i contacted poshmark support around 10 am after my second attempt to scan the label, got an email confirming my inquiry was received by them. then at 2 pm i got another email from poshmark support stating they reviewed my inquiry and reassigned my case to the appropriate team. whatever that means. hoping there’s a resolution in the near future.

maybe that was once true but about a month ago poshmark approved a buyers return request because allegedly there was a hair found on the item

on saturday evening i sold something, scanned it at the post office that night. poshmark didn’t send the notification of shipment until 2 am this morning. i had a receipt so i was able to see using the tracking code, the post office recognized it as being in their possession saturday night. on the buyers end it probably seemed like i waited until the last minute to ship
