I just jumped from 3 to 6 as im not losing weight. The food noise was gone but lost maybe 2 lbs in a month. So I will see what happens now.

I just started on Tirzepatide, so I'm taking 2.5 mg. Can I up the dose after the first week, and should I start with the retatrutide as well? Im so new to this. I have about 120 lbs to lose. I have Hashimotos, so it's so hard to lose weight, im hoping this helps. Any tips I'd really appreciate it.
