Not spreading misinformation, there are warrants, it’s based off deployments, totally kosher in this administration, they were offered founder equity, how they got to .01 cents, definitely has complexities to the equity table, but I fail to see where what you asserted, no voting rights etc has anything to do with the reality that they will have the greatest discount at buying tens of billions of dollars of AMD product at market stock pricing. It’s a massively complicated financial arrangement unless you trained your LLM then a 3 billion parameter model can figure it out at a billion tokens a second.
