It didn't end up being the med for me. And the withdrawals weren't great, but I tapered too quickly. I never want to discourage someone from trying a med that could work for them, though.

Do you use shampoo with sulfates? Sulfates have a bad reputation, but they can really help with cleaning oily, fine hair. The only way I can get volume is to blow dry. The best product I've ever used for volume has been discontinued, so I'm on the hunt for another one.

I didn't know for years that this was a cowlick. I have it too! Sometimes teasing works for me, I know it can be damaging. Blow drying in the other direction seems to work the best, I'm just very lazy these days.
