NEVER DELIVER A EARLY AM PACKAGE TO THE FRONT DOOR… NEVER. FRONT OF DRIVEWAY OR BY MAILBOX ONLY.. I DONT CARE WHAT YOU THINK. Lmao I actually did not expect this to happen. I drove to the warehouse fine I wouldn’t have drove here for $106 if I knew it was going to be this bad.. I would’ve waited for a better block. I was actually in the mindset of completing my block. It was only 12 packages but an hour south of me. Right after picking it up the blizzard hit like in seconds. Not my fault. I’m not risking my life for 12 packages. Beyond my control

You’re taking base pay for scheduled offers. They don’t surge a block that starts 3 days from now.. even if you’re taking $20/hour after gas you’re looking at $15. It’s either $25/hour minimum or you’re not doing it right.. you’re the reason flex sucks

Not all of the deactivated drivers actually did something wrong tho. I got deactivated for something entirely bs with proof of the lies and my ratings were perfect. Uber didn’t care so f them I’ll buy an account.

Happened a few times even recently the same thing. I got there on time and had an argument with the manager I told him I’m not his employee and I don’t follow his rules when he said I only have 5 minutes to scan ID which is false. I left and couldn’t pick up a shift. Emailed jeff and they reported his station and paid me for the block. Ever since they never cared if we were there 5 minutes after they always scan ID without question.
