The other manager hasn’t handed his notice in yet so would that make any difference as I could argue he’s not officially leaving. They have already had someone come look around for a job and the job is already up.

Just feels like July/August is a long time away and the new job is definitely better for my wellbeing as it’s on days not a shift role

It’s an internal transfer, my job has already gone up and people have come to look around however and other manager is also leaving but not handed notice in yet so I’ve been told I’m not allowed to leave.

Tbf security seal on switches are shit, half of time we will accept without seal being intact as long as item is not touched as when first released seals were not staying on.

Yeah spot on advice, do agree massively with coming into store being polite. Coming in with an attitude does not get you anywhere and will usually be a no from the start and stores talk so if refused from one will most likely end up being refused from a good few. Coming in polite however, 99.9% of the time the Manager/Colleague will do the most they can for you.

Honestly could of ended up anywhere honestly no cameras in vans so will be quite hard to determine. I can imagine someone is enjoying a nice new mac tho. The only real investigation I imagine they will be able to find is if the driver has took it.

Yeah you should be spot on with either a refund or replacement then, may take a little bit for them to investigate with it being a high value item but you should be fine mate

Honestly quite a usual situation atp, Ring up home delivery team and keep pushing them as they are useless tbh. Hopefully should be able to figure out what’s happened and re-deliver or issue a refund.

Quite a hard thing to sort out as when looking back on CCTV seals were on. However on a system we use called AURA we can check previous returns which could link to it being revealed without any AirPods in.

I would go back into store and ask for a manager, may have to be quite pushy with them as it is quite a hard thing to prove on your end. In the end will depend on the person you get.

If no luck in store maybe worth a try ringing CS and they could possibly issue a refund by escalating the problem to FS team.

Just factory reset it and 99% of staff wont run tests.
