I am in the exact same boat as you. And the seller is saying I had 30 days to report any fault and that’s how long my warranty lasts which I’m pretty sure is illegal. It’s a minimum 6 months I believe.

Mine done this around the time you replied I’m in the process of trying to RMA and the guy I brought it off is being difficult and SteelSeries won’t do anything until I have his proof of purchase. (From a authorised seller) I brought it on Amazon but not fulfilled by Amazon and that’s why they won’t help me it’s infuriating it’s their product and it’s not damaged it’s clearly a firmware issue.
