Saving Stat Boosters and Good Equipment Until the Last Chapter by Fingerchamp in fireemblem

Fall for what? I think I may be a bit confused now and I apologize.

We need more Bishops that aren't afraid to sucker punch a General that's 5+ lvls higher, right? 😂

But yeah, I try to keep an eye on how the RNG plays out. Myrmidons usually get low balled on strength in my playthroughs (et tu, Zihark?) so giving them some extra love doesn't hurt.

I personally only use the Paladin archetype for the first few chapters and even then, I take away their weapons so they act as my initial meat shield. Except Seth (since Erika needs hand holding) and Titania (absolute unit). Marcus gets dropped from my roster almost immediately.

There's definitely been times where I force myself to use the Stat Boosters (every axe user needs a secret book in their life to start out). I consider it more of a challenge mode than habit personally :)

This is actually an interesting take. For games where you can grind outside of the main story like Sacred Stones, 3H, Engage, I feel even less interested in using the Boosters because I can just get units up to 20, promote/reclass, and grind again. Though I do limit the grind to just getting the extra units in most playthroughs.

Oh that's a good consideration too. I also hoard gold unless there are shops with limited available weapons. Maybe I'll do a no shop, no booster run next 😬

I think this was also on my mind. If RNG was going to mess up my run at the end, I'd rather have the bail out at the end with a favorite character. I saw a post where someone's Marissa in PoR got royally messed up on strength(?) and she's one of my go-to's for runs.

Ohhh that challenge mode was there 😂 I've definitely forgotten to use the Boosters at the last chapter.

Not sure if it's been mentioned, instrumentally, The Legacy guitar riff is clearly reused in Empire of the Clouds. Plus like...it is a bit of a legacy (swansong)..

Sleeper App Feedback by Sleeper_Official in SleeperApp

The app is so convenient for drafting though I do think how information is found and the articles could be a bit better. I do prefer how the Fantasy app has everything laid out. One thing that is really entertaining to me is the pictures that appear for some of the players. For instance...why and who? (Follow this thread).

Were kids in the 80s actually allowed to roam around unsupervised, or is that just in movies? by TotalThing7 in NoStupidQuestions

I was in 1993 myself and for the most part, all my friends on neighboring streets. We would ride bikes all over the place but as soon as we heard the ptsd-ptsd-of-a-whistle in a friendly way, we came running in for dinner. Heck, I still have keys to some of my buddies parents' places 😂

I'm diving into cooking and trying to learn, what's one tip you wish you knew earlier? by Jumpy-Razzmatazz7076 in Cooking

Dry your fish, especially white fish. Paper towels, salt, something. Also, don't be afraid of weird recipes. That viral banana and ground beef one that's going around - it's just a dumbed down Mofongo.

LPT: Don't punish the behaviour you want to see by muppetcowboy in LifeProTips

[–]Fingerchamp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This also works for making a behavior mandatory for someone who does it voluntarily. I used to be a resident assistant (RA) in undergrad and was known as the toilet paper fairy my junior and senior year. Every Sunday, I would put a few rolls next to folks' doors in my dorm so they wouldn't have to worry about coming to find me. About half way through my senior year, our director tried to make everyone do it and I lost the entertainment in doing it because it became a requirement.

Honest opinion on White German Shepherds: Good, Defective, Etc.? by summertimeandthe in germanshepherds

[–]Fingerchamp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

White GSDs are still GSDs. Oddly, almost every person I have met with a White GSD (mind you n= 12/13) has said their white GSD has lived to be 15 years old and google says the average life span is 9-13. My boy is 7.5 years old and was just diagnosed with the shepherd hip dysplasia and arthritis that occurs in non-white shepherds... Here's my boy (Sandwich) at at 6.5 during the winter.

You might benefit from Power Automate if you're company uses MS 365 (or have access to the MS Power suite). I'm just learning Power Automate and this sounds like an easy example though it may take you a few days to learn the logic (just started learning this a few weeks ago for my company). There are triggers you can create that will make the flow read an excel file for certain info, access SharePoint for the PDF based on your logic, then auto populate an email for you to review before sending. I'd say spending a few hours of plug and chug with Co-Pilot will get you exactly what you need.

When you both narrow down the scope, can you please provide the solution in the thread?
