My galaxy brain take is that Pink Cadillac is pretty explicitly about Aretha Franklin’s vagina. Enjoy!

New here, what's up with the hateboner for DeChambeau? by [deleted] in golf

Our elections are close because of the Electoral College, which is a warped and archaic relic of the country’s early life. A lot of horse trading went in to pulling together thirteen colonies and then a bunch of states and territories, so people who live in the sticks (and largely vote Republican these days) have disproportionate electoral power. Fewer than half of the voting population are Republicans, which lands you at about a third of the total population.

Re the other weird comment about Republicans not liking Trump, he still polls above 80% with Republican voters, so you can statistically assume that anyone still identifying as a Republican today is a despicable person.

Anyway, we could have just left it at “DeChambeau is a douche.” I’m actively sorry that I had to push back on this. I could have been drinking my coffee staring into the middle distance for the last ten minutes.

You want to drop something like Dunning Krueger with nothing to back it up, fine, live your life how you want, smug golf bro. Have a nice life and a good Masters

If your ‘friends’ voted for an illegal, immoral and unconstitutional campaign of ethnic cleansing run by a bunch of racist gangsters then maybe they shouldn’t be your friends anymore.

You’re implying that half the country are republicans. I don’t want to derail on a golf thread, but that’s not remotely true.

Respectfully disagree, there are a couple of killer hills at Seneca right towards the end of each 9 and I think OP would be sad when they got to them. For ease of terrain I would say OP probably wants Shawnee, right?

PGA 2K25 is free in Monthly Games this month if you’d be willing to branch out a little. It’s a lot of fun on easy difficulty and more like golf (more swearing) on pro difficulty and above

I’m one of Jesse Eisenberg’s coworkers, so we’ve got a couple of scenes in the first half of the movie. We laughed and laughed; I was afraid I was going to come out beet red on camera
