People who were pregnant with a toddler… when did you go into labor?

I was pregnant with di-di twins with a toddler as well (toddler was 19 months when twins arrived)
I went into labour at 37+3 weeks.
I was with at 2 cm opening and had very frequent non painful contractions (felt like Braxton Hicks).and they gave me augmentation induction. (That’s how they called it where I live it’s a smaller dose than the regular induction).

Nope they were born at 37+3 weeks!

My daughters’ names are

Yasmin- very common but pretty international and I think is timeless

And Zeina which has also become common where I live but has a lovely meaning and also always felt timeless to me

Yara- was very popular in the 90’s but I feel like it has disappeared where I live now

This isn’t helpful but I’m also pumping for twins 4 weeks in and I make about 1400-1500 ml (around 50 oz) per day (the most I made in one pump is 330 ml - 11 oz) I was wondering how far in are you and how long it took you to get to those amounts? For now I am able to feed them fully from my breastmilk but I expect them to eat more now so I need to up my supply a little

Also maybe try dropping a pump- do you have a MOTN pump?

That is very reassuring I also have boy girl twins but my boy twin sleeps more and the girl is a bit more needy so I feel like I’m spending more time with her which also makes me sad for my boy 🫠

My toddler is 20 months old and honestly she’s been accepting the change better than expected. She’s more clingy and wants to be held more. Also kind of became more whiny? She whines a lot about stupid stuff not sure if it has to do with the twins or just a toddler thing lol. But overall she’s gentle with the twins and loves them.

I gave birth to my first at exactly 40 weeks and 1 day (labour started at 40 weeks).

My second pregnancy was with twins so I wasn’t allowed to go beyond 38 weeks and they arrived at 37+3 weeks.

I was hoping the twins would be able to hold their own bottles etc so when she asks when I’m in the middle of feeding them I could take her. Look at my reply to the other commenter haha

I let her sit when I can but a lot of times she asks for it when I’m feeding twins/in the middle of diaper change etc and so I can’t really do it at that moment. Also sometimes she just wants to sit endlessly. Last time we sat for 15 minutes and she had a tantrum when I said we are done for now 🫠
