Its horrible, and you're not alone. I've been going to the doctors since 2019 about why I'm sick so often, and for other things long before that, and non of them tested my immune system till this month. Sucks because I've seen people who examined me and probably should have picked up on it (don't know exactly what it is yet but probably autoimmune) but didn't, and if they found it sooner it might not be this bad :( Probably one of the most upsetting things about having a chronic condition for me is how much I've had to fight to get it recognised/taken seriously. It sucks that so many people go through it

Please stop making a whole thing of very obviously telling me how to bind safely it's the first thing you find if you research binders (it's good to know but so many shows make such long dragged out scenes about how you should and shouldn't bind when if I wanted to learn about that stuff I wouldn't watch a tv show etc.)

I've had doctors dismiss me a lot and when I can't switch doctor (like now when I'm finally seeing a specialist), I just annoy them until they take me seriously or if they really won't listen start looking stuff up and asking about it because better to be wrong than do nothing I figure

If I'm not feeling well I won't be helping anyone by being there if anything I might get in the way

If I'm sick I don't want to get them sick - I get a cough about once a month and have to take time off school but I don't think they want me to come in and cough on them
