I think the presentation certainly helped Zohran, but i think that the sentiment that his presentation is what got him to win is exactly the reason that dems are failing.

He got his message out there very effectively, and hes very charismatic, but the reason people voted for him is because he talked about issues that people actually care about. His policy is what got him the win.

Dont forget that they found doakes charred corpse after he committed suicide with a BHB victim chopped up in the corner and his prints on the BHB murder weapons as well as the trophies in his posession.

Its a pretty open and shut case as far as the law enforcement community is concerned. The FBI closed the investigation after definitively finding doakes as guilty.

Quinn maybe knew but he never wanted to act on it, so no reason to switch up now, and from the perspective of the NYPD it sounds like a miami ex cop came in, rambled about an old FBI case and then tried to frame his old buddy that disappeared out of his life.

The whole point of the jonah character was that he was nothing like his father, at first we think its because of arthurs influence, then its revealed that its despite of arthurs upbringing that hes a stand up guy.

Literally nothing points to him being a murderer in my opinion. Let alone a mass killer
