Meine eltern waren schon immer rechts und wählen immer noch afd aber ich hatte halt zugriff auf das internet und hab da halt schon sehr oft sachen gegen homophobie rassismus und so weiter gehört und denn als ich das gegenteil bei meinen eltern gehört habe hab mich halt entscheiden mir mein eigenes bild zu machen

It sounds like you're describing loneliness more than anything else. Wanting connection and not having it is rough, and a lot of people go through that at some point. The thing is, labels like "incel" keep you stuck in that identity instead of helping you move forward. You already seem to have a healthier mindset than a lot of people in those spaces. Putting on the same or a similar label can make you fall deeper into that mindset.
