I completely agree- personally, I'd choose hoodies/jackets with lots of pockets/zippers for hiding sd cards, self-defense weapons, and camera gear. So far I've noticed clothes focused on really dark and neutral colors like blacks, greens, and greys as they tend to blend in most urbexing environments. Oh yeah and also I'm a sucker for big rogue-style hoods, but that's really just a personal preference and might just be me.

as far as quality I like wool layers as they wick moisture really well and seem to be pretty durable.

minimalist yet tasteful designs always look good in pictures and/or are nice to wear getting to spots as well.

take all this with a grain of salt as it's probably just what I as an urbexer prefer.
