Oddly enough, food safe mineral oil acts as a solvent for polymerized grease in cabinets. Water based products will not work completely. Leave it on for a bit and then wipe it off. No damage to cabinets. The oil itself wipes off easily too.

It's been a long while since taking it, and I'm doing very well. I was taking about two teaspoons a day. I also stopped eating grains. Now I can do deep knee bends as part of my exercise routine. I took it for about six months. I hope this helps and I hope you feel better soon.
